What rings cannot be resized?

We are unable to resize full eternity rings, rings that have fully diamond set bands or patterned wedding rings. This is due to the style of the ring. With full eternity rings and rings that are fully diamond set there is no plain metal to enable us to do the resize. With patterned wedding rings because of the nature of the ring if we were to cut the band for resize the pattern in most cases wouldn’t match up again.
With these rings as long as you are within our 30 day returns period we would be able to exchange for the correct size. As long as the ring is unworn and has not been engraved or is bespoke. If you are outside of this period then we can discuss what options are available to you.
Rings that have been engraved in most cases can be resized, but the ring may have to be re-engraved which would incur a £20 charge.

How many sizes can my ring go up or down?

We are able to size your ring up or down 3 sizes; any more than this and your ring would may have to be remade which would incur additional charges. If this is the case one of our experts would contact you to discuss your options.

How long does resizing take?

The resizing of your ring would usually take no more than 2 weeks, this may be slightly longer if the ring needs re-engraving.

What happens after 12 months?

We are still able to resize your ring after the first 12 months, this would incur a £65 charge if within 3 sizes. Over 3 sizes our experts will call you to discuss.
