What is Covered Under your Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty?

Our Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty covers your jewellery against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the duration of your ownership. We guarantee that our jewellery will be free from any manufacturing defects. If any defects are found, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

What is not covered under your Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty?

While our Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty covers most issues that may arise with your jewellery, it is important to note that it does not cover the following:

  • Loss or Theft: Our warranty does not cover jewellery that has been lost or stolen. We would recommend taking out an appropriate insurance policy. We recommend TH March for this.
  • Damage from Mishandling: Any damage resulting from mishandling, misuse, or accidents is not covered by the warranty. This includes the loss of stones. We would highly recommend if you feel your stones have become loose due to general wear or an accident you contact us straight away and we can advise on the best course of action.
  • Alterations by Third Parties: If your jewellery has been altered or repaired or resized by anyone other than Joshua James, the warranty becomes void.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, jewellery may naturally show signs of wear, such as scratches or minor dents. These are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty is valid only for the original owner and is non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if we determine that the damage is a result of actions not covered by this warranty.
  • Any work performed on your jewellery by Joshua James under this warranty will not extend the duration of the warranty.
