About Us

Joshua James is an independent, award-winning jewellery store based in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

Our Story

Nestled amongst a variety of boutique stores, Joshua James’ flagship store was opened in 2009 by Shaun Bell. Shaun named the business after his son, with the goal of creating a brand built on small business ethics and family values.

As a small business, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer a personal service and attention to detail that cannot be matched by larger companies.

Today

As the business passes its 10 year anniversary, our core belief remains at the heart of everything we do: every outfit deserves the perfect accessory.

Our commitment to this is transparent throughout our practices. As well as an extensive range of popular top quality brands – such as Nomination, ChloBo and Swarovski – we also offer an ever-growing catalogue of beautifully designed own-brand jewellery and a variety of products at competitive prices, from necklaces to cufflinks to crystal figurines. We want to make sure that there is something here for everyone.
